FITNESS FOR DANCE

We have created a section 'Fitness For Dance' for our pupils and families to enjoy. To start with there is a HIIT session which you can do all together as many times as you like. There is also a challenge and each week a new challenge will be uploaded. Please remember to be careful when you exercise, make sure you are sufficiently warm to take part and work to your own ability. Work out to the music and enjoy!
