The Italia Conti Associate School Reigate was opened 27 years ago to fulfill the needs of professional training on a part-time basis. It is designed to put in place the ethos and skills of the full-time Italia Conti Theatre School of which we are a very proud extension. Our school is open to students from the ages of 3 years to 18+. Classes take place at the weekend on both Saturdays and Sundays for 3 ten week terms per academic year. Students can train in RAD Ballet, ISTD Tap and Modern, Acting, Jazz/Hip-Hop, Street Dance, Musical Production, Singing and Piano. Each class is a separate lesson, with a student’s timetable being tailored to meet their individual needs. Our Principal, Janine Eaton, prides herself on the excellent level of technique that is taught from the very youngest of classes and carried on throughout the levels and ages. 

 

 

 

 

Our staff are well qualified, encouraging, disciplined and all DBS checked along with being Licensed Chaperones.

 

There are many great performance opportunities with Italia Conti Reigate, including a full scale musical theatre production in the Summer Term, a Spring Drama and Gala show, a Christmas Charity singing concert, a professional Fringe Theatre Event, an end of Summer School Show and much more. We also work towards graded examinations in ballet, tap and modern and we are very proud of the high standards of results that we achieve. 

 

For our senior students and those wishing to change schools at 11 or 13 we offer career advice, scholarship audition tuition and preparation for full time performing arts courses in a variety of schools, universities and colleges along with entry to the Italia Conti main Theatre Arts School and full time College in both the Barbican and Guildford.

 

 

 

 

As well as providing performing art’s training we like to ensure our students and their parents feel part of our family and we have a strong ethos of working together, supporting each other and learning in a kind and generous environment. We always want our students to develop high self-esteem, good confidence and feel able to achieve anything they set their heart on.
